This is a person who directly or indirectly owns or enjoys the benefits or interest on shares but is not registered as a member of the company in the company records.
This is the legal owner of a company’s shares. It is the
person that ultimately owns more than 25% or controls more than 25% of a
company’s shares, or can exercise, directly or indirectly, minimum 25% of the voting
rights at the general meeting of shareholders of the company; or is the indirect
beneficiary of minimum 25% of the legal entity’s capital.
